This course is designed to teach business development, capture, and program experts on how to build relationships with customers and how to use those relationships to build business. The Mechanics of Management workshop utilizes DISC, a nonjudgmental personal assessment tool. This is used to help people better understand themselves and open up discussions about behavioral differences. When you’ve completed the workshop, you will understand how you respond to conflict, what really motivates you, how you cope with stress, and how you solve problems in a whole new light.
